User Control & Data Deletion
1. Revoke Access Directly from the Platforms
You can stop new data collection immediately by disconnecting Scalable.agency from your advertising accounts:
Google Ads:
Visit Google Security Settings.
Find Scalable in the list of connected apps.
Select it and click Remove Access.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram):
Visit Meta Business Integrations.
Locate Scalable in your active integrations.
Select it and click Remove.
Once revoked, Scalable.agency will no longer be able to access new data from your accounts.
2. Request Deletion of Stored Data
If you would like us to delete any data we have already stored:
Send an email to info@scalable.agency with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”.
Please include the email address associated with your advertising accounts so we can verify your identity.
Our team will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days.
All data associated with your accounts will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
3. What Happens After Deletion
Your connected accounts will remain disconnected unless you choose to re-authorise.
All identifiable data will be erased.
We may retain anonymised and aggregated data (e.g., performance statistics with no link to your account) to continue improving our algorithms.
